Our two-bedroom apartments feature separate bathrooms for each tenant. Within the 800 sq. ft. unit, each bathroom opens to the living room so that your guests don't have to walk through your bedroom. We installed washer/dryers, dishwashers, microwave ovens, granite countertops and energy efficient windows, while retaining the old Maple charm by refinishing hardwood floors and opening each unit to our classic courtyard. The result is an awesome design offering comfort and privacy starting at $650 per person, $1300 combined, water paid, for our Courtyard units.
