In the past three years, we have modernized our one and two-bed apartments with new appliances, washer/dryers, dishwashers, granite countertops and energy efficient windows. We renovated the kitchens and bathrooms while retaining the vintage charm of hardwood floors and spacious rooms that Maple 500 tenants have long enjoyed. We call it modern living with a retro vibe.

Maple 500 offers off-campus living for today's independent students who want the conveniences of home within close proximity to OSU's classrooms. Our tenants live the college lifestyle without having to reside in student housing. In fact, at Maple 500 you will be closer to OSU's Spears School of Business, Morrill Hall, Bartlett Center, Seretean Center, Student Union, Classroom building, Paul Miller broadcasting school, and Edmon Low library than the university's own dormitories.

We are three blocks south of Boone Pickens Stadium and Gallagher-Iba Hall and around the block from Campus Corner. Retail shops like Rhinestone Cowgirl and restaurants such as Eskimo Joe's and Hideaway are nearby.
